Taking the “Ow” Out Of Your Hall”Ow”een Party with Costco (#CostcoMomHour Registration)

This is a sponsored post. We were provided Kirkland Signature products from Costco but our opinions are our own and this is an honest review; but hello we love Costco.

This Halloween (or for any other holiday event) Costco’s Kirkland products will have you set. We have some tips for you today on throwing a spooktacular kids’ event.

If your family is anything like my family we are always trying to stretch our dollars as far as we can!

Nothing is more painful than having low funds right after pay day. We are members at Costco ourselves and head over nearly every Sunday to stock up on our favorite products…hello Salmon Milano with Basil Pesto Butter (just saying)! I know you’ll have Halloween needs so whether it’s just candy or much more, Costco will help with making your money go further and avoid that “Ow!” feeling when you look at a high grocery bill and nearly empty cart (I’m looking at you Bullseye – I kid)!

For this sponsored post our selection’s included the following Kirkland products:

These are some of our personal favorite items from Costco that we recommend for your next get together. We always make sure to provide candy alternates and Kirkland carries staple items that are great options, including organic snacks. We know that if you don’t already carry these items in your household, you will once you try them.

We love Halloween so much because it kicks off the holiday season (aka cooler temperatures). We’re all about the PSL, football, crafting, costumes, and gatherings. And speaking of crafts we are going to dive into how we made these products so “spooktacular!”

Our “Ahhhhh! Frankenstein Applesauce” pouches are so easy to make with our customized printable! Just add our Frankenstein wrap around 2 apple sauce pouches. They make the bolts for this perfect party treat!!!

Items you’ll need::

  • Googly Eyes
  • West Valley Moms Blog Printable
  • Kirkland Applesauce Pouch

Simply print our PDF file you can find HERE. Cut out the Frankenstien Wrapper. The applesauce pouches are kept together by a rubber band. Use tape to add the face to the “bolts.” A unique party treat or favor that guests are sure to howl about!

Next up is our Mummy Snacks that are anything but corny! Popcorn is always the perfect item for your party that will fill up those little mummies’ tummies!

Costco Moms Hour - Mummy

Items you’ll need:

  • Googly Eyes
  • Gauze
  • Kirkland Popcorn Bag

Simply wrap gauze around the popcorn bag. I added a dab of glue at the start of the gauze and one more dab at the end. I hot gluded the googly eyes on to make sure they were attached well and wouldn’t fall off.

Our final craft is a classic! This ghostly granola bar is one all the kiddos will love!

Costco Moms Hout - Ghost

Items you’ll need:

  • Googly Eyes
  • Tissue
  • White string
  • Kirkland Soft & Chewy Granola Bars

Simply wrap tissue over the granola bar. Tie the string around the neck area to cover the snack. I added a little tape to make sure the wrapper didn’t show at the bottom of the tissue. Add googly eyes with hot glue to keep extra secure.

We all know it gets warm in those stuffy costumes! We recommend Kirkland chocolate milk and juices.

Halloween is obviously THE candy holiday…so we had to have a little candy in the mix but we always keep it to a minimum! What will you have in your Costco Halloween party line up?
