No Bake Power Bites

Did You Say No Bake?!?

These no bake power bites are the best! Do you love peanut butter? What about chocolate? How about together and mixed with other delicious and semi-healthy ingredients? Well I do, and I make batches of these regularly for my family to snack on. They make an easy breakfast to go or post-workout snack!

The beauty of these is that you can swap out ingredients as you wish and make them to fit your specific taste buds. Sometimes I enjoy swapping chia seeds for flax seeds or almond butter for peanut butter. Use what you have in your pantry. Also, these baby’s are no bake!

Prep time: 10 minutes plus refrigeration time

Yields: 25 balls


  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp flax seed

In a food processor or blender, pulse the oats, chocolate chips, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and flax seed a few times. Add the honey and peanut butter and mix until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form small balls from the mixture (about 2 Tbsp each). Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
