Our Peep Pudding Pie was a family favorite for sure!
This recipe is an easy one that I whipped up fast and everyone really enjoyed it. I used just 5 ingredients for this adorable Easter treat.
- 2 Peeps Packages (3 per package)
- 12 TBSP of Heavy Whipping Cream (2TBSP per pudding cup)
- Whipped Cream
- 1 Mini Pie Shells Package (6 per package)
- 6 Pudding Packages
Peep Pie Instructions::
Serving for six since six mini pie shells come in a package. Mix the pudding and heavy whipping cream together in a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Next spoon the pudding into the pie shells. Let pies chill for 15 minutes. Take out of refrigerator. Add whipped cream on pudding mix. Place Peep on top. And that’s it! A comPEEPly adorable dessert that everyone will enjoy.
This treat was super easy recipe. I recommend skipping the whipped cream because I think the pudding mix was perfect on it own. The presentation was better with just the pudding. Less messy too. But if you have a sweet tooth go ahead and add the yummy whipped topping. Make sure to wait to open the Peeps package right at the end and add the marshmallow chick toppers just before serving so that they are fresh. Enjoy!
